I first was introduced to Rancho Regional when I adopted my first kid (Buddy) at the Upland Animal Shelter. He was in pretty bad condition (kennel cough) and needed quite a bit of love and help. From my first experience with this facility, I was thoroughly impressed.
I always say that this place is like the Cedar Sinai of veterinary hospitals. I absolutely love the time and care shown to my pets. I feel comfortable leaving my pets with them knowing that they are in the best care possible. The staff treats all of the pets as if they are their own. The service is exceptional across the board. I cannot express my gratitude enough to ALL of the staff/doctors.
From kennel cough to ACL surgery, I couldn't have found a better facility. Dr. Berg is my absolute favorite. He has been extremely patient and always promotes a more natural/eastern medicine approach. On top of this, his wife makes the best dog food ever (Chidog). With his help along with the Chidog diet, my kids are doing much better. I wish I could give this place 10 stars.
